We pulled out all the stops to make sure our clients could enjoy their retirement to the fullest , even if that meant cutting into the site and carefully navigating the tight parameters of the estate guidelines! A home that is as remarkable as the clients!

This project involved the construction of a new residential build on the St Francis Links Golf Estate within a complex site that sloped both north-south and east-west, and strict estate architectural parameters. We strategically placed the main bedroom on the same level as the living area, while guest bedrooms and a private study find their place in the cozy attic. In order to accommodate the basement garage within the footprint of the home, we had to cut back into the site.

We always enjoy a challenge when it comes to design in this office, as it pushes the conventional thought processes and comfort zones.
