Situated within the very popular and fast growing sea side town of St Francis Bay, our client wants to provide the town with an exclusive short term living experience for those out of town and international clients.
The site is situated between the edge of a residential and open park space. The scale and proportion of the buildings form needed to respond to both. Views are not great, and therefore the design required a very much internal user experience. An introverted sculptural form where everything happens within.
A private experience that will be one-of-a-kind, a home away from home if you will.
