The building is specifically designed for those ever-changing commercial environments in mind.

The spaces are multi-functional and modular in design to allow the expansion or reduction of tenanted space into the next.

The Elvee consists of both retail and office space, and the building’s lively interactive ground floor with complementing office components to the upper floor truly is the perfect example of a sustainable cohesion of a commercial space and a fun urban take on things.

The Elvee’s mass is broken down into 3 roof forms which help create its dynamic street facade and to reduce the overall scale of the building.

It also flaunts a central light-filled atrium that’s the connecting element between the floors and its roof forms.
