It was essential to create a gated community that offers all the luxury and convenience one requires when retiring, at an affordable price.

This retirement village offers a beautifully landscaped vein that runs the width of the site where the central public amenities are housed. These include a medical hub and nursing station, info centre, as well as a clubhouse with a pool and a gym.

This 131 unit retirement village flaunts supporting leisure and medical facilities, as well as 4 different unit designs to choose from, varying from 1 to 3 beds, attached and/or semi-detached.
