The Brookes challenges straight lines with its organic features, while maximising magnificent views over the bay.

As occupants can live privately at their own discretion within an exclusive apartment where each level over sails the next. Each floor, as it twists and flares, experiences a slightly different view and orientation due to the building’s unique shape.

The layout ultimately allows its occupants to live out onto the edge, and precisely placed filigree screens slide to add shelter from the sun, wind and onlookers.
