House Zed – Phase 2

Phase 2 flaunts a slick, contemporary, off-shutter concrete addition that includes a new master suite, entertainment space, and garage to the lower ground level.

This addition needed to be separated from the existing 1980’s house, thus establishing a courtyard between the two was imperative to retain both building’s identities … the old and the new.
