House Kwinana Olivewood

This design was strongly guided by the constraints of the site, as we delved deep into the analysis of the residence in order to work with the site’s complexities with regards to its shape and orientation.

The play between the building’s organic curves on the ground floor, and the cantilevered geometric forms of the first floor define the core principles of the architectural language which we define as boutique.
