Nestled upon the hilltop of Kini Bay’s coastline, this modernist house floats on top of the vegetation that surrounds it, yet perfectly slots in with the surrounding context.

With its white exterior and glazed accents, it allows the house to effortlessly blend in with the rolling clouds and blue skies. The exposed brick base in contrast, grounds the building nicely within its site.

At the core of the house, it offers panoramic views of the rumbling ocean from all its spaces within and has an angled balcony on the south of the building that acts as a bridge between the interior of the house to the ocean; maximizing indoor-outdoor living.
