The new home of Tile Africa, Port Elizabeth, now finds itself placed on the William Moffett Express Way.

Its new aesthetic appearance has been derived by Tile Africa and is being rolled out through-out South Africa.

The aesthetic of the building can be defined as ‘The Decorated Shed’, meaning that the building is made up of a steel portal structure to maximize the floor area and uninterrupted spans while the façade has been decorated with the intention to give the shed a face.

This type of building is often developed by clients in order to accommodate national tenants.
