The Moffett Business Centre is a series of storage units with a twist. Although their primary use is storage, it is the intention that these units be let or purchased to small or medium business enterprises that would house a small administrative function from where the business could be run or form a satellite station for a smaller national company. The development naturally has cost in mind and has a practical yet pleasing aesthetic.
