A complete re-design was needed to transform this dark and dingy apartment. Space and light were two major issues.

We removed and demolished interior walls and gutted the kitchen and bathrooms, maximizing the existing natural coastal light and increasing the size of living spaces without building additions or extensions.

The un-salvageable kitchen was given a total facelift with new cupboards and Quartz countertops.
The bathroom tiles were old and chipped and sanitaryware all an outdated shade of green. It felt so good to see these gutted and removed!

Ultimately, by demolishing walls, stripping the floors, gutting the kitchen and bathrooms, introducing new finishes and fittings, we successfully transformed our clients’ outdated apartment into a beautifully bright, contemporary seaside home.
