Perched on the 1st floor of a new addition to an existing home in the sea-side suburb of Summerstrand, this project lends itself to a slick and modern aesthetic.

Our client fell in love with an old Port Elizabeth home, which he purchased with the vision; a vision to not only renovate the existing dwelling but to also build a new ‘out-of-the-box’ addition to serve as his sanctuary.

Raw materials and uncomplicated textures were used to create a contemporary interior with design elements that reflect subtle sophistication.

Creative and bold elements, like the graffiti wall, stand out and pop against the simple concrete, steel, and timber textures that encapsulate the interiors.
