Wow, we had fun with this one! Our client bought this property when it was used as Stauch Voster’s Architects Port Elizabeth office. DMV Architecture was appointed to revisit the buildings current layout and incorporate our Clients new Brief into the existing space. We started off by planning all the public and meetings spaces downstairs and moving all the offices upstairs. The existing interior spaces and materials were completely stripped from the building and replaced. The planning of the new layout incorporated many hi-tech features as well as material choices that assisted in creating lasting first impressions for our client. We are very proud of this project!
